We spend most of our waking hours in work or work related activities, yet over 80% of the population is dissatisfied with their current job situation. How do you know if you are ready to attain your career goals?
1. You are working in a job that offers little challenge, growth or future opportunities.
2. You are thinking about a career change but get paralyzed due to the economy, fear of change, or your own career conflict.
