Little-known tips can make a huge difference in your healing and overall health. You can stop breast cancer recurrence!

1. Avoid taking any medication containing acetaminophen.

Acetaminophen-containing products such as Tylenol, Sudafid, Bromo seltzer, vicodin, and many others drive down the glutathione levels in the body. Glutathione is an essential antioxidant and detoxifier and is usually deficient. Low glutathione levels are found in more than 200 diseases. Eliminate the intake of any drug containing acetaminophen (source – canceremission.com).

2. Avoid taking any products containing aspartame.

Aspartame (not to be confused with aspertate) has been proven to cause cancer in rats. It is a common ingredients in many sugar-free products such as yogurt, ice cream, desserts and carbonated beverages.

3. Avoid electric heating pads and electric blankets.

The electric currents, when close to your body can create a misalignment of cellular activity. Many alternative physicians also encourage the removal of electric alarm clocks from the bedside area, for the same reason. They are unhealthy!

4. Avoid standing near microwave ovens which are in operation.

5. Avoid sitting within 18 inches of active computer screens or within 36 inches of active television screens.

6. Avoid exposure to household and industrial toxins.

This includes your every-day cleansers and chemical agents such as carpet cleaner. If it has a strong smell, it's probably not healthy! Use non-toxic, organic cleaning products available at your health food store or on-line. Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly with soapy water to remove chemical residues. Better yet, buy only organic products which are non-GMO (non-genetically modified).

7. Avoid repressing your feelings.

Feelings buried alive, can kill you! Unexpressed feelings can create energy blockages in the body. These blockages, over time, create dis-ese. Your immune system becomes depressed. It cannot counteract the cancer cells which are present in every body to some degree. Feel your feelings fully. Find healthy ways to express them so they don't accumulate, build resentment and create other adverse conditions.

8. Avoid thinking you know everything about yourself that you need to know.

It is in the unknown, in the field of possibilities, that the mystery unfolds itself, revealing deeper and more obscure knowledge. When you are set in your beliefs and patterns there is little space for healing to occur. Body, mind and spirit remain stagnant. It is from a place of curiosity, that Truth reveals itself. This Truth, your inner wisdom, has many answers to support your total recovery.

9. Avoid tolerating people and situations which do not support your total well-being.

Your tolerations are those things which you are "putting up with," most which aren't necessary. They don't enhance you. Tolerations are often compromises you've talked yourself into. Look at the things you are tolerating, discover the costs to your health, and the payoffs and get support to begin eliminating them.

10. Avoid negativity.

Negative people and negative situations (like reading the newspaper or watching the news before bedtime) affect your energy. You feel less alive. Your energy feels drained. That's because your body vibrates at a lower frequency around negativity. High frequencies create optimal health. Choose to be around situations and with people that are positive and energizing. This may require letting go of some personal relationships that no longer support you.
