My sister lost her promising 20 year old son, Chester Dunn, to a tragic death a few years ago. She is now an inspiration to be with because she is the one person in the family who never complains about the little stuff. To her, it's all little stuff.

My sister reminds me, as a spiritual teacher, what I have learned in contemplation and meditation. She reminds me that life is the great teacher and life is the path and life is a precious gift not to be squandered in moments of complaining about things that don't really matter.

Here are some quotes I selected from all over the world that encourage us to keep things in perspective!

1. I was very sad, because I had no shoes, until I met a man without feet. - Harold Abbot

Only you will know what this means if you are experiencing ultimate changes.
